My Story
Originally from Denmark, I moved to Australia in 2010 to begin a new chapter in my life and continue my passion for helping others achieve greater wellbeing.
My professional journey began in the health and fitness industry. I owned and operated my own business as a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and dance teacher. I also performed and taught belly dance for over 25 years, developing a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, self-expression, and overall wellbeing.
Living with Hypermobility Syndrome and Fibromyalgia gave me a unique understanding of the challenges that chronic pain and health conditions can bring. These experiences inspired me to expand my knowledge and support others in a different way, leading me to study psychology and counselling.
Today, my work combines my understanding of emotional wellbeing, the mind-body connection, and holistic healing. I am passionate about supporting people through life's challenges, helping them find balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves.
Alongside my professional work, I have bred, trained, and worked with dogs for more than 20 years across a variety of disciplines. Through this experience, I have witnessed the remarkable therapeutic benefits that animals can bring. Where appropriate, I am delighted to incorporate a therapy dog into some of the sessions, creating an additional sense of comfort, calm, and connection for clients.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where healing can unfold naturally, and where each person feels seen, heard, and valued.
