About Solace Ember

At Solace Ember, I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and supported.

My approach is grounded in compassion, connection, and holistic wellbeing — recognising the deep relationship between mind, body, and soul in the healing process. I provide a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can navigate life’s challenges with care, understanding, and gentle guidance.

I work with people experiencing trauma, grief, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, chronic pain, life transitions, and end-of-life experiences. I also offer compassionate support for individuals facing end-of-life journeys, as well as emotional support for loved ones and family members during these deeply personal times.

Using an integrative and person-centred approach, each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I aim to support deeper healing by exploring the emotional, physical, and personal experiences that may be contributing to imbalance or distress.

I have a special interest in Fibromyalgia pain management and the connection between emotional wellbeing, nervous system health, trauma, and chronic pain.

Solace Ember was created as a space for healing, reflection, and restoration — a place where people can reconnect with themselves, find emotional balance, and move forward with greater peace, resilience, and harmony.
